But the contrast between their two natures can also be a source of problems in relationship, and not only with your outer partner but also between the masculine and feminine polarities inside yourself. We live our life, believing that the way we relate with our partner is the act of our free will. Yes, pertly it is. But very often we are not aware that , especially in the relationship, we unconsciously just playing out the deep patterns of behaviour that we received from our parents. During this workshop youļl have a possibility to see ( experience ) the real relationship you have with mother and father, that may be quite different from what you think. Once you saw it, weļl make a step towards you, your essential core, and, may be for the first time, youļl experience your real woman/real man, and how it feels to be loved and supported instead of being repressed and manipulated.

When we entered adolescence, all what we were taught before about relating, love intimacy and sexuality comes to the surface. And whatever choice we make, to act it out, and hurt and abuse ourselves, or to act it in, and to alienate ourselves from ourselves and others, for most of us this time is a time of deep turmoil. To heal and transform these feelings, to find back the totality of our sensuousness and sexuality, we need to start again from where we lost touch with it. In a loving and meditative surrounding, we need to go consciously through a process of rediscovery: to learn to honor our body as the living temple of our being, to find back the pleasure of physical contact and exchange of energy with others, and to rejoice in the relaxation of playing with sexual energy without a goal.
